mayonnaise (Best Foods or Hellman's, no substitutes!)2 1/2 cups

1Mix apple cider vinegar , carrots , onion , celery , mayonnaise , milk , sugar , and ground black pepper to taste.apple cider vinegar: 2 tbsp, carrots: 2 (shredded), onion: 1/3 cup (shredded), celery: 5-6 ribs (sliced), mayonnaise: 2 1/2 cups (Best Foods or Hellman's, no substitutes!), milk: 1/4 cup, sugar: 2 tsp, ground black pepper

2Cook macaroni . Drain and rinse in cold water.macaroni: 1 lb
