Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

  • apple cider vinegar

  • carrots (shredded)

  • celery (sliced)
    5-6 ribs
  • ground black pepper
  • macaroni
    1 lb
  • mayonnaise (Best Foods or Hellman's, no substitutes!)
    2 1/2 cups
  • milk
    1/4 cup
  • onion (shredded)
    1/3 cup
  • sugar
    2 tsp

    Mix apple cider vinegar , carrots , onion , celery , mayonnaise , milk , sugar , and ground black pepper to taste.
    apple cider vinegar: 2 tbsp, carrots: 2 (shredded), onion: 1/3 cup (shredded), celery: 5-6 ribs (sliced), mayonnaise: 2 1/2 cups (Best Foods or Hellman's, no substitutes!), milk: 1/4 cup, sugar: 2 tsp, ground black pepper

    Cook macaroni . Drain and rinse in cold water.

    Gently fold the macaroni into the other ingredients.
